Individuals whose personal data is processed or the legal representatives of such individuals (“Applicants” or “Data Subject”), who are defined as Data Subject under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL” or “Law”) are granted the right to submit applications regarding the processing of personal data in Article 11 of the PDPL.

In accordance with Article 13(1) of the PDPL, you must address your requests regarding the processing of your personal data to Kafein Yazılım hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. (“Company”) as the data controller in writing or by other means determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Your requests will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 6 of the Communique On the Principles and Procedures for The Data Controller (“Communique”) However, if the transaction incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with Article 7 of the Communique.

APPLICATION METHOD

Application by mail or in person: The applicant may apply in person or by mail to the relevant addresses of the Company, together with the application form completed and signed by the applicant and the documents proving his/her identity.

Application by registered electronic mail (KEP): The applicant can apply by sending a signed application or application form from their KEP address to the company’s address kafeinyazilim@hs01.kep.tr.

Application by Electronic Mail with Mobile Signature or Secure Electronic Signature: The applicant may apply by completing the petition or application form with the secure electronic signature or mobile signature in accordance with the Electronic Signatures Act No. 5070 and sending an e-mail to info@kafein.com.tr.

Applications can also be made through a notary or other legally valid methods that allow for identity verification. It is recommended that the above points are followed as far as possible when applying using the appropriate method, as this will increase the likelihood of a positive and prompt outcome for the application.

APPLICATION FORM

As data controller, we reserve the right to request additional documents and information (copy of ID card or driver’s license, etc.) for identification and authorization purposes to prevent unauthorized persons from requesting and accessing personal data and to ensure the security of your personal data. If the information provided on the form regarding your applications is not accurate and up to date, or if an application is made with false/misleading information or without authorization, your application will be rejected and legal action will be taken against the person who made the illegal application.
